This Beef and Bison BBQ Meatball features Smoked Brisket plus our BBQ Seasoning Blend. Topped with our Sweet KC Style BBQ Sauce. Available fried or steamed. 

Calabria

This all Beef Italian Meatball has just a touch of heat, but a tremendous flavor profile. Coated in seasoned bread crumbs, it is topped with our Warm Marinara.


Persian

This sweet & savory Beef Meatball features both dark and sweet cherries, and a garam masala spice blend. Coated in Vanilla Wafers, it is topped with our Cherry Bourbon Chili Sauce. Available fried or steamed.  


Philly Cheese Steak

This is our Meatball version of the classic sandwich. Green Pepper and Onion highlight both the Meatball and the outstanding Cheese Sauce we use to top this Meatball. Available fried or steamed.


New York

Based on a customer request, we came up with a Rueben Meatball! We start with our own Corned Beef. It spends 7 days in a pickling brine bath. We then boil it with more pickling spice, and grind it with Top Round. We then add Swiss Cheese, sauerkraut and a seasoning blend. We roll in Marbled Rye bread crumbs and top with our 2000 Island Sauce.


Irish

This is our Corned Beef and Cabbage Meatball. It also features carrots, celery, onion and potato flakes. We coat in seasoned bread crumbs and top with our Mustard Beer Cream Sauce.


Greek

This Beef and Leg of Lamb Meatball is a treat, Dill, Basil, Oregano, Sage and Mint make up its flavor profile. We coat in seasoned bread crumbs and top with our Hummziki Sauce...a cross between Tzatziki Sauce and Hummus. Available fried or steamed. 


Chicago

Our version of a Chicago Style Hot Dog. We start with an All Beef Frankfurter Sausage. We add diced tomatoes, onion, pickles and banana peppers. We coat in Corn Dog Batter crumbs. and top with Neon Relish. 


Pork Meatballs


Colima
​We start this Meatball with our Hot Chorizo. We then add Pork Loin, Diced Jalapenos, Pepper Jack Cheese and a warm spice blend. We roll them on crushed Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips and top with our Cilantro Lime Cream Sauce. Available fried or steamed.

Aztec
A Meatball created on a challenge, the Meatball won. We took our Colima Meatball, and put it on steroids. We doubled the Cayenne Pepper in the Hot Chorizo, making it a Hot, Hot Chorizo. We upped the Jalapeno content and then added Habanero's. Rolled in Spicy crushed tortilla chips, we top with Strawberry Jalapeno Cream Sauce.

Hatch Valley
Mild Chorizo, Pork Loin, Roasted Hatch Valley Green Chilies & Corn form the base for this flavorful, mildly spiced Meatball. Available steamed or fried, it's topped with our Hatch Valley Green Chili Sauce. Only served during late summer....when Hatch Valley Chilies are fresh.

German
This Meatball has been called 'Fall on a Bun'. We make a Beer Bratwurst, add Pork Loin, diced apples, sauerkraut and a Bavarian spice blend. Rolled in rye bread crumbs, we top with our Maple Mustard Apple Sauce. Available fried or steamed.

Berliner
Currywurst is the star of this Meatball. We also add Green Chilies for a bit of heat. Pork Loin, Onions, Bacon Bits and of course Curry round out the Meatball. Rolled in seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs, its topped with Pumpkin Tomato Cream Sauce.

Iowa BBQ
Bacon comes to the party here, along with Smoked Pork Butt and Pork Loin. We add our BBQ Seasoning blend, roll in seasoned bread crumbs, and top with our Cherry Bourbon Carmel BBQ Sauce. 


Carolina Style BBQ

This Meatball is more tart than our other BBQ Meatballs. Cole Slaw is actually in the Meatball. We use a mix of Pork Loin and Smoked Pork Butt. We top with a mustard and vinegar based Carolina Style BBQ Sauce. 

Holiday

Cranberry, Sage, Rosemary...flavors of the holiday season, are featured in this Meatball. It is steamed and topped with our Cranberry Chili Sauce.

Italian

Our version of the classic Meatball. We start with our Sweet Italian Sausage, add Ground Beef, Italian spices, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese & Red Onion. Served steamed.


Mozzarella Stuffed Italian

Our Italian Meatball, with a delicious surprise in the Meatball...a fresh Mozzarella Pearl stuffed in the middle of the Meatball. Available steamed.


Ricotta Stuffed Italian Meatball

Our Italian Meatball, with a well formed into the Meatball before its cooked, allowing us to pipe our Ricotta Cheese blend right into the Meatball. Available steamed.


Australian

This Meatball is a fusion of Asian and Italian flavors, and is actually our original Meatball recipe with a twist. Ground Beef and Pork are combined with Ginger, Curry, Garlic, Oregano, Basil and Parmesan Cheese.  We top with our Iced Coffee Sauce. This delicious sauce is both sweet and savory, with 15 ingredients included. Available steamed or fried,


Hamburg

Our version of a Bacon Cheeseburger. Ground Round and Bacon are the base. We add bacon bits, diced pickle, a savory spice blend, red onion plus Cheddar Cheese. We top with our Burger Sauce. Available steamed or fried.


KC Style BBQ

Always one of our most popular Meatballs, this Meatball features Ground Beef, Ground Pork and Smoked Brisket. We add our BBQ spice blend and red onion. Available steamed or fried. 


Asian

Ginger is the star of this Meatball. The binder is Ginger Snaps, plus Ginger in the spice blend. We add Pineapple & rice to help bring balance. Topped with our Pineapple Teriyaki Sauce. Available steamed or fried.

Hawaiian

Brian asked us to make Hawaiian Meatballs. "But you can't just take a regular Meatball, add Pineapple, and call it Hawaiian" Brian said. So after a month of research, and several trials and errors. we came up with this. Beef, Linguica Sausage and Spam are the meats. Linguica Sausage is a common breakfast sausage in Hawaii, and 60% of the world's consumption of Spam is in Hawaii. Its got Pineapple. too. And Cinnamon Graham Cracker for the binder.   Its topped with our Pineapple Teriyaki Sauce. Available fried.


Bolivian

​A few years ago, we served at a Soccer Match between the US Men and Bolivia. We thought it would be fun to come up with a Bolivian Meatball. We spent weeks researching Bolivian street food, and this Meatball was the result. Argentinian Chorizo, which is a garlic and black pepper seasoned Sausage, and bacon are the stars here. We add ground beef, sweet peppers and onions. Spicy food is not common in Bolivia, and this Meatball isn't spicy, either, Topped with our Sweet Mustard. Available fried.
